Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange. There is a 30 day peroid for returns. Once product condition is determined, we will issue a refund or exchange the product. Season Passes are not transferable to any other party. The Season Pass is issued to one person only. For the quickest processing, please e-mail customer service at thunderingsurf@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. If you would like to return your item(s), please state your reason for the return on your invoice. Thanks.
